Hire Charges & Online Booking
Pillerton Priors Village Hall operates a convenient Online Booking System for the Main Hall, Small Hall, and Kitchen. This system allows hirers to check availability in real time, view existing bookings, and submit booking requests quickly and easily.
All hire charges, minimum booking periods, and any additional options are clearly displayed within the booking system, giving you full transparency before you confirm your reservation. Whether you’re planning a one-off event, a regular class, or a private function, our online system makes managing your booking straightforward from start to finish.

Notes
Hirers must include clean up time and any set up time required, in their booking. For parties, we recommend 1hr set up time and 30 mins – 1hr clean up time to be included within the booking. Hirers must leave the hall clean and tidy please.
Tables & Chair hire when used away from the hall: Min £10 donation to hall funds.
Crockery hire when used away from hall: Min £5 donation to hall funds.
Car Park hire: Min £10 Donation to hall funds.
Electricity coin meter: Main Hall wall heaters will require £1 or £2 coins for the coin meter.

Deposit: A £50 refundable damage deposit is required for all 24hr bookings and for all bookings made by Non-Residents.
Cancellation Fees: All bookings cancelled within 1 week of hire, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and all bookings cancelled within 24 hours of hire will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
