Hire Charges & Online Booking
Pillerton Priors Village Hall operates a convenient Online Booking System for the Main Hall, Small Hall, and Kitchen. This system allows hirers to check availability in real time, view existing bookings, and submit booking requests quickly and easily.
All hire charges, minimum booking periods, and any additional options are clearly displayed within the booking system, giving you full transparency before you confirm your reservation. Whether you’re planning a one-off event, a regular class, or a private function, our online system makes managing your booking straightforward from start to finish.

Notes
Tables & Chair hire when used away from the hall: Min £10 donation to hall funds.
Crockery hire when used away from hall: Min £5 donation to hall funds.
Car Park hire: Min £10 Donation to hall funds.
Electricity coin meter: Wall heaters & use of plug sockets will require £1 or £2 coins

Deposit: A £50 refundable damage deposit is required for all 24hr bookings and for all bookings made by Non-Residents.
Cancellation Fees: All bookings cancelled within 1 week of hire, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and all bookings cancelled within 24 hours of hire will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
